Candidate Quality & Suitability

Q: How do you select candidates?
A: We run a screening process for entries in our talent-pool. It includes basic education screening, structured interviews, and a motivation as well as personality check.

Q: What minimum educational level do candidates have?
A: It depends on the employer's requirements. For example, for Ausbildung positions, typically this is a completed higher secondary (+2) equivalent to a German Realschule.

Q: How do you assess technical skills?
A: We select the candidates who have obtained at least a diploma in the target stream or have documented work-experience.

Q: Can we interview candidates ourselves?
A: Yes. We prepare candidates by mock-interviews to avoid any intercultural misunderstanding but final selection always remains with the employer. We organize these Interviews.

Q: Are candidates pre-matched to specific professions?
A: Yes. Candidates are selected and screened specifically for defined professions, not generically. We take requirements of the employers very seriously in screening process.

A: Language training before arrival is typically financed by the candidate, sometimes co-financed by us or through employer-supported models.

Q: How do you prepare candidates for German work culture?
A: We run structured cultural preparation modules covering punctuality, documentation standards, safety culture, hierarchy, and communication norms.

A: Ausbildung offers paid vocational training, internationally recognized qualifications, and a clear path to long-term employment in Germany. It is not a shortcut, but a structured career start with stability.

A: It is formal vocational training: you work in a company and attend vocational school. You are an employee with training status, not a university student.

Q: Can I stay in Germany after Ausbildung?
A: Yes, if you successfully complete the Ausbildung and receive a job offer, you can transition to a work residence permit under German law.

Q: Can I directly get a job in Germany?
A: Yes, if you have sufficient documented work experience in a skill-field and qualify on the German language and cultural level, we will find a suitable job for you.

Q: Am I eligible?
A: Eligibility depends on your education level, age, health status, motivation, and willingness to learn German and adapt to German work culture.
